To register for the Veterans World Championships you must register in IJF JUDOBASE and in the Organizer’s registration system. Both registrations are required to participate in the tournament. The order of registration in IJF JUDOBASE and the Organizer’s system is irrelevant.

All conditions of participation in the competition are determined by the “Outlines”

In order to register for Veteran World Championships you must do the following steps:

1. ASK YOUR NATIONAL JUDO FEDERATION TO ENROLL YOU IN IJF JUDOBASE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHAMPIONSHIPS

• In order for  your Federation to be able to enroll you, you must have a valid IJF Veterans license.  
• If you do not have a IJF Veterans license yet, ask your National Federation to issue one or to update your old one.
• Your license and registration will be verified at the IJF check-in table in Krakow.

2. REGISTER YOURSELF IN THE ORGANIZER’S REGISTRATION SYSTEM

 In order to register in the Organizer’s system, you must:

• you must have an account at judokrakow2022.com
• you have to purchase from Organizer a minimum of 2-nights stay at the one of the “Official Tournament Hotels”
• you have to pay an “Entry Fee” for the tournament and for Covid rapid antigen test.

Notice: Without an account on our website you will not be able to register for the tournament, you will not be able to book accommodation, you will not be able to buy a lunch and you will not be able to pay the entry fee for tournament and Covid Rapid Antigen test.

• To create an account, you must have a valid email address. You will be asked to  create login and password.
• Using your personal login and password you will be able to visit your account at anytime.
• Your email address will be used to receive important information and confirmations.
• Setting up your account is free and non-obligatory.
• Setting up your account is the first step to  register your participation in the event.

GET READY TO REGISTER

• Before registration, please familiarize yourself with hotels offers and select a hotel of your choice.
• You will find your hotels and rooms choices in HOTELS bookmark on our website.
• Specify your check-in and check out dates, please keep in mind because of the potential changes in IJF COVID-19 medical protocol, you must spend a minimum of 2 nights at the Tournament Official Hotel. It is recommended that you arrive at the hotel earlier as being suggested in outlines.
• You can book as many night as you wish to stay, but you must book your stay between 05.09.2022-15.09.2022. Latest check in date: September 10^th 2022.
• You have a  choice of  hotel rooms: single room, twin room or double room.

3. GUIDELINES HOW TO BOOK A ROOM

Notice: Before you start booking your room make sure you have an account with us already.

All lunches will be served at the restaurant at the sport’s hall.

3A. GUIDELINES  FOR PEOPLE WHO WILL CHOSE ACCOMODATION IN “SINGLE ROOM”

“SINGLE ROOM” – Registration for competitors who are event’s participants and they staying alone in the room.

Step by step instructions:

• Login to your account
• Go to „HOTELS” bookmark.
• Select your hotel.
• Select single room by pressing „Book the Room” button.
• Enter your arrival and check out dates.
• Add lunch to your stay by marking the square (optional)
• Press button “ BOOK A ROOM”.
• Fill in required fields in BILLING DETAILS.
• Entry fee and COVID Antigen test will be automatically added to your cart.
• Check if all information are correct, accept terms of use and press button “PLACE ORDER”
• You are almost registered. Now is time to do a payment for your order.
• Payment instruction will display on summary page and also you will receive them on your e-mail
• Make your payment directly into our bank account in Euro
• Print registration confirmation

3B. GUIDELINES  FOR PEOPLE WHO WILL CHOSE ACCOMODATION IN  DOUBLE OR TWIN ROOMS

There are three different ways to book a double or twin room:

• “TWO ATHLETES IN ONE ROOM” – Registration for primary booking athlete for two competitors who are event’s participants.
• “I ALREADY HAVE A BOOKED ROOM” –  Registration for the second competitor who already has a booked room by the primary booking athlete.
• “ONE ATHLETE & ONE COMPANY ROOM” – Registration for one competitor only and his companion.

3B. 1) REGISTRATION FOR PRIMARY BOOKING ATHLETE FOR OPTION

“TWO ATHLETIES IN  ONE ROOM”

Notice: Before you start process both athletes must have accounts with as.

If you will be sharing a hotel room with another competitor and you are a primary booking person, please note:

• You will need to provide the e-mail address with which he/she is registered on judokrakow2022.com
• Payment for a double room is made by the primary person.
• Payment for both lumches is made by the primary person.
• In order for a roommate to register for the event, the primary must complete registration and pay all fees.
• Once registration is complete and we received payment from the primary boking athlete we will unlock the possibility  to pay an “Entry Fee to the tournament by your roommate.

Step by step instructions:

• Login to your account
• Go to „HOTELS” bookmark.
• Select your hotel.
• Select single room by pressing „Book the Room” button.
• Enter your arrival and check out dates.
• Add lunch to your stay by marking the square (optional)
• Press button “ BOOK A ROOM”.
• Add second person to your room by marking “Other Competitor”
• Add your roommate e-mail address with witch she/he is registered at judokrakow2022.com
• Fill in required fields in BILLING DETAILS as your name, address etc.
• “Entry fee for tournament” and Covid Antigen test will be automatically added to your cart. You will pay only for your own participation.
• Check if all information are correct, accept terms of use and press button “PLACE ORDER”
• You are almost registered. Now is time to do a payment for your order.
• Payment instruction will display on summary page and also you will receive them on your e-mail
• Make your payment directly into our bank account in Euro
• Print registration confirmation
• After we receive your payment your roommate will receive an e-mail with information that she/he can pay for entry fee to the tournament.

3B. 2) REGISTRATION FOR SECOND BOOKING ATHLETE FOR OPTION

“TWO ATHLETIES IN  ONE ROOM”

“I ALREADY HAVE A BOOKED ROOM”

If you will be sharing a hotel room with another competitor and you are not a primary booking person, please note:

• You have to wait with your registration until primary booking will pay for yours hotel room
• After primary booking athlete add your e-mail address to yours hotel reservation you will not to be able to do any hotel reservation from your account
• You will receive an e-mail with information that we received payment from your primary booking athlete and you are able to pay entry fee to the tournament and COVID Antigen Rapid test.

Step by step instructions:

• Login to your account
• Go to Registration & Payments page:
• See information on top of the page:

“Your order is being processed” = we did not receive payment from primary booking athlete yet. After we receive payment you will see the button to pay entry fee

• Press button BUY AN ENTRY FEE
• Fill in required fields in BILLING DETAILS
• Entry fee and COVID Antigen Rapid test will be automatically added to your cart.
• Check if all information are correct, accept terms of use and press button “PLACE ORDER”
• You are almost registered. Now is time to do a payment for your order.

Your registration will be verified during your check-in process at the Organizer’s reception in Krakow.

Please bring printed registration and payment confirmation with you at the tournament check-in desk.

Entry fees will increase according to the following schedule:

On-site entries:	from 1 September to the end of accreditation	250 EURO

If payment is being made by bank transfer the bank information must be inserted correctly and completely on the transfer document and any procedures related to amendment of the bank transfer must be done before arrival. Participants must ensure that all bank charges are paid at their end so that the LOC receive the correct amount of funds without any deductions. Participants must have proof of the bank transfer, upon arrival.

If you do not have an order then you can place the order on website and you will have to pay 80 euro processing fee and you have to book hotel by yourself.
